What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing – also known as Shinrin Yoku – originated in Japan and means immersing yourself with all your senses in the atmosphere of the forest.
It’s not about hiking or exercise, but about mindfulness, slowing down, and experiencing nature with awareness. Studies show that forest bathing boosts the immune system, reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and enhances overall well-being.
