Küchenchef/in für unsere kreative Kulinarik auf Fuchsegg Art (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben im Team Fuchsegg:

– Aktive Mitarbeit auf allen Posten: Unterstütze unser Team im Bereich Halbpension und à la carte.
– Kreiere saisonale und frisch gekochte Gerichte mit Liebe zu Details für unsere Ferien- und Hausgäste
– Entwickle das Küchenteam, schaffe Teamspirit und trage damit wesentlich zu den Unternehmenszielen und Fuchsegg Vision bei.
– Übernimm den Einkauf unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Vorgaben und unseres regionalen Ansatzes.
– Achte auf die gewissenhafte Einhaltung der der HACCP-Richtlinien.
 

Dein Profil:

– Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin oder Koch und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie und/oder Hotellerie.
– Teamarbeit und Flexibilität sind für dich selbstverständlich, du arbeitest gerne Hand in Hand mit deinen Kollegen.
– Fundierte Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien.
– Du legst großen Wert auf hohe Qualität und hast Freude daran, dich fortlaufend weiterzubilden.

Your tasks with Team Fuchsegg:

Provide active and high-quality service in the à la carte and half-board areas

Properly process bookings and payments using our cash register system

Actively communicate our products and sustainable Fuchsegg cuisine

Implement service standards

Collaborate effectively in our family-oriented team

What you bring:

Experience in service within hospitality or gastronomy

Ideally, a wine connoisseur or interest in wine training

Friendliness, warmth, and a joy in meeting people

Good German language skills

Interact warmly with our guests, both big and small

Optional additional service work over lunch
