Your tasks as part of the Fuchsegg team – Bring your ideas to the plate!
Prepare creative, fresh, and seasonal dishes for our half-board and à la carte service in all areas.
Co-develop new menus and à la carte dishes that align with our sustainably-minded Fuchsegg cuisine.
Ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
What you bring:
Completed training as a cook.
Several years of professional experience in high-end hospitality or gastronomy.
High standards of quality and a willingness for continuous personal and professional development.
Good German and English skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and work guidelines (HACCP).

5-day work week, year-round position, 13th and 14th month salary, above-average pay.

Breakfast Server (m/f/d)
Are you a morning person who loves sunrises and enjoys working with people? Does your heart beat for natural materials, sustainable practices, and quality local foods? Then you’re perfect for our Fuchsegg breakfast team!
Your tasks with Team Fuchsegg:
Create an appealing breakfast buffet with attention to special details
Replenish and stock the regional breakfast buffet
Serve egg dishes
Provide self-service coffee
Maintain cleanliness while adhering to current hygiene regulations
Interact warmly with our guests, both big and small
Optional additional service work over lunch

Do you enjoy interacting with people, love providing excellent service, and have a passion for good wines? Then you are the perfect Fuchsegg host/hostess!
Your tasks with Team Fuchsegg:
Provide active and high-quality service in the à la carte and half-board areas
Properly process bookings and payments using our cash register system
Actively communicate our products and sustainable Fuchsegg cuisine
Implement service standards
Collaborate effectively in our family-oriented team
What you bring:
Experience in service within hospitality or gastronomy
Ideally, a wine connoisseur or interest in wine training
Friendliness, warmth, and a joy in meeting people
Good German language skills
