Your tasks as part of the Fuchsegg team – Bring your ideas to the plate!
Prepare creative, fresh, and seasonal dishes for our half-board and à la carte service in all areas.
Co-develop new menus and à la carte dishes that align with our sustainably-minded Fuchsegg cuisine.
Ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
What you bring:
Completed training as a cook.
Several years of professional experience in high-end hospitality or gastronomy.
High standards of quality and a willingness for continuous personal and professional development.
Good German and English skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and work guidelines (HACCP).

Your tasks with Team Fuchsegg:
Create an appealing breakfast buffet with attention to special details
Replenish and stock the regional breakfast buffet
Serve egg dishes
Provide self-service coffee
Maintain cleanliness while adhering to current hygiene regulations
Interact warmly with our guests, both big and small
Optional additional service work over lunch

Your tasks:
– Independently setting up the breakfast buffet and attending to guests in the morning
– Preparing mise en place, setting and clearing tables
– Serving food and drinks for à la carte and half-board service
– Taking care of the tea and snack station in the sauna house and during seminar breaks

– Assisting and advising our guests
